Sept. 30 Rehearsal

Here is a list of who needs to be at rehearsal tonight and when:

7:00pm: all Von Trapp children, Frau Schmidt (rehearsing Act I sc. viii and Act I sc. x)
8:00pm: Maria, Mother Abbess, Margaretta, Sophia, New Postulant (rehearsing Act I sc. xiii)
8:00pm: Rolf & Liesl (rehearsing Act I sc. vi)

ORCHESTRA MEMBERS STILL NEEDED

Levi Richins is still looking for orchestra members. Below is a list of instruments still needed:

Levi said he's willing to work with members regarding rehearsal as long as they can make it to rehearsals in November and all the performances in November.

Update

We've had to make a few changes to the rehearsal schedule (again). An email was sent out and the links have been updated as well.

This Thursday, we will need MARGARETTA, SOPHIA, BERTHE and MOTHER ABBESS at 7:00 to review Maria.

Also, this Thursday, we will be rehearsing Act. I sc. vii from 7-8, all VON TRAPP CHILDREN, MARIA and FRAU SCHMIDT will need to be there.

ROLF and LIESL will be rehearsing sc. vi Saturday, Sept. 25 from 12-1 and again Thursday, Sept. 30 from 8-9.

Tuesday (Sept. 14) Rehearsal

Rehearsal for this Tuesday (Sept. 14) will be held at the GRANDVIEW building.
Address: 2930 S. 2000 E. It's the white church on 20th East.

Beginning at 7:00-we need everyone in Act I, sc. ix to be there. Please check below if you do not know if you're in this scene...(von Trapp children do NOT need to be there). (Maria we also need you there at 7:00)
Beginning at 8:00-we need all the nuns. We will be blocking scenes i, iii, and iv from Act I.

Also, the detailed rehearsal schedule and the group rehearsal schedule have been updated. Please take a look as some of the rehearsals have changed.

And, there are a couple of new links. I've had a few people say they don't know which scenes they're in so they don't know which rehearsals they need to attend.

The new link "Character List by Act and Scene" has each scene in the play with everyone who is in that scene. This should hopefully help you out.

STAGE MANAGER NEEDED!

We are in need of a stage manager. If anyone knows of someone who could help with this, please let us know. We have to have someone great behind the scenes to make this a great production!

Saturday Rehearsal

Just so you know, those of you who have rehearsal this Saturday (Sept. 11)-we will be meeting at the *GARDEN HEIGHTS BUILDING* (2220 E. Fisher Ln, approx. 2935 S.)

9:00 We need to von Trapp Children and Maria

10:00 We need everyone in Act I sc. v and all the nuns

Quick Update

Our first rehearsal is tomorrow (Thursday, Sept. 9) at 7pm at the Stake Center. We're excited to finally get going on this and work with everyone.

Rehearsal schedules can be viewed by clicking on the links to the right. The detailed rehearsal schedule shows every night, which scenes we will rehearse. The group schedule shows what groups have rehearsals when. Hopefully this helps let you know when we need you at rehearsals!
