Oct. 12 Rehearsal

Just an FYI about rehearsal tomorrow:

Stake Center
6-7: Children's Choir. We will be blocking and reviewing songs
7-8: ACT II sc. iii & sc. iv (Abbess, Sophia, Berthe, Margaretta, Maria, Captain, Von Trapp children, nuns)
8-9: ACT II sc. vi-festival (soldiers, Max, Maria, von Trapp children, Captain)

Also, please remember to bring your t-shirt forms if you want one!!

Saturday rehearsal and t-shirts

Thank you to all of you who showed up last night for the first run through of ACT I. You all have such amazing voices and personalities. Thank you for your support and enthusiasm!

Just a reminder about tomorrow's rehearsal...

9-11: Von Trapp children will be learning songs and running lines
11-1: CHILDREN'S CHOIR will be reviewing their songs and blocking for the show

Also, please make sure we get your order forms for t-shirts if you want one. We'd like to order them by Monday! (order form is in the "link" section to the right)

OCT. 7 REHEARSAL

We will be running ACT I tonight beginning at 6:00 PM.

ALL CAST MEMBERS need to be there.
We will be handing out t-shirt forms (the link is also on the right side of this page under "links")and discussing a few other things so please come on time and ready.

T Shirt update....

T shirt order forms will be available at rehearsals on Thursday and Saturday. We'd really like to finalize the orders Saturday so that we can get the shirts as soon as possible! Come prepared with your check book or money. The shirts are $12 or $14 for size 2XL and 3XL. Please talk to Court and Karen Coons with questions.

OCTOBER 5 REHEARSAL

Tonight we will need the following people at rehearsal beginning at 6:00 PM:

all von Trapp children
all nuns (including Mother Abbess, Margaretta, Sophia, Berthe)
Max
Elsa
Captain
Maria
Jacom
Children's choir does NOT need to come, nor do any Nazis.

The show opens in less than a month. If you are UNABLE to attend a rehearsal which you are scheduled for, please send us an email prior to that rehearsal informing us of when you will be gone and why.

And, beginning tonight, we will be starting rehearsals (Tuesday and Thursday) at 6:00 PM. Please be aware of this. Saturday rehearsals will still begin at 9:00 AM.

T-SHIRTS, ANYONE??

We are wondering if the cast, staff and orchestra members are interested in getting tshirts this year. We are required to order them through the company that R&H has contracted to do this.

We would order white shirts with the design shown on the website and they would have the names of all participants printed on the back. The cost would be $12 a shirt or $14 for size 2XL and up. It takes about 2 weeks to get them, so please respond and let us know who is interested!
